Processing Times

Made-to-Order Items: As our designs are handcrafted, processing times may vary. Production typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item.

Ready-to-Ship Items: These items are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Denmark): Shipping within Denmark typically takes 2-5 business days. A flat-rate shipping fee applies, with free shipping for orders over a specified amount.

International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-15 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Local Pickup (Copenhagen)

Local customers have the option to pick up their order directly from our studio in Copenhagen. Please select this option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

 

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

 

Delivery Issues

If an item is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@jacobalexanderkesby.dk with your order details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

Returpolitik

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

3. Return Process
   •    Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at contact@jacobalexanderkesby.dk to initiate a return.
   •    Inspection: We may request photographs or further details to assess the item’s condition.
   •    Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions.

4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, please specify this during the return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
